These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made online, by telephone, by email, in person or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of services by Saskia von Mähren.
DEFINITIONS
“Owner” or “I” means Saskia Körnerova at Saskia von Mähren. Saskia von Mähren is a business name owned by Saskia Körnerova and registered in Jersey, Channel Islands under registration number 34786;
“Services” means colour analysis, personal styling, wardrobe detox, personal shopping, colour parties, sustainable fashion and any other services provided to you by Saskia von Mähren;
“Client” or “you” means any person who contracts with Saskia von Mähren for the provision of Services.
APPOINTMENTS
Scheduled appointments take place between the hours of 9am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday and public holidays.
Appointments are only confirmed once the owner receives full payment. Until then the owner reserves the right to offer the appointment to other clients.
STYLING SESSIONS & PAYMENTS
Payment for styling appointments and gift vouchers must be made upon purchase/booking. Payments are to secure the appointment and are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled it will be forfeited. Gift vouchers may only be exchanged for Services and no cash rebate will be made for appointments shortened at your request. Payments made via BACS bank transfer, alternatively Revolut or PayPal are due upon receipt of the invoice.
POSTPONEMENT & CANCELLATION
If you wish to reschedule or postpone an appointment you must give me no less than 7 days notice before the appointment is due to start. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled. If we can agree on an alternative future date, any payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment but cannot be refunded. If you request rescheduling with notice less than 7 days, an admin fee of £45 will be applied.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers may be used as payment for appointments arranged in accordance with these terms and conditions. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If the holder wishes to postpone an appointment they must inform me not less than 24 hours before the appointment is due to start. If you wish to purchase a gift voucher, please contact me via this website or an email.
LOCATION
Saskia von Mähren is ideally placed for services within Jersey, Channel Islands. You can, of course, choose your preferred location. Additional travel expenses for appointments at your home apply if you are based outside of Jersey, Channel Islands. These will usually include a flight ticket, travel by train, bus or taxi and may include overnight accommodation.
RELATIONSHIP WITH STORES
Saskia von Mähren does not act as an agent for any of the stores to which the owner may introduce you or accompany you for shopping. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store. Saskia von Mähren has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of Services by Saskia von Mähren.
BELONGINGS
Clients are responsible for their belongings during the course of a personal shopping experience. The owner does not accept responsibility for any lost property during the course of style sessions.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Once your appointment is over, should you have any questions in the 2 weeks following your appointment, email Saskia von Mähren – I am unable to answer the phone whilst with clients – and I will get back to you at the earliest opportunity. Advice is not given on new items the client has bought independently of the owner.

PRIVACY
You will automatically opt into Saskia von Mähren newsletter upon booking an Initial Free Consultation, filling the Style Questionnaire or entering one of our giveaways. (with the option the opt-out later). Your privacy is taken very seriously at Saskia von Mähren and the owner will never share your details with any third parties.
