Your Transformative Path and being Unapologetically You

Being a catalyst for change is in my blood and when I decide to make a change I go fully in with my whole heart.  This is one of the reasons why I started my Personal Styling business.  From my own experience and years of hard work tuning in to my higher self I have come into an alignment with my source energy.  We all constantly evolve; this journey never ends and that’s what life is about.  What’s important, is that we feel good about who we are and how we present ourselves every day of that journey or at least as often as we can.

Feeling good and having thoughts that make me feel good, is the first thing I think about when I wake up, then I meditate for about 10-15 minutes, I also don’t forget to thank the Universe for this day and only after that I will get on with my duties.

No matter what is going on in your life, make sure you put your well-being first, every day.  You may have little people or big people to look after but having those 15 minutes to yourself as soon as you wake up, is a crucial step to having a good day.  This really is the most basic first step to feeling good – the way you start your day.  It may be slightly different routine for you but if you do what makes you feel good every day in the morning, truly focusing on yourself and no one else, you will very soon feel the benefits.

There is a lot of accessible spiritual advice available online on how to transform your life, you can read great books about it, they all have the same aim – teaching you how to feel satisfied with who you are and with what you have and primarily feel good as often as you can.  My advice is – do as much of what you love as often as possible.  Some people tell me that they don’t know what they love to do, this is usually down to the fact that they give too much to others and too little to themselves and it is the tell-tell sign that they need to begin to focus on themselves.  They haven’t fully discovered who they are, and, in this case, it may be a good idea to sit and dig out some memories from their childhood of moments that made them feel joy, moments that made them laugh and forget the time.  This will be different to everyone because we are all very unique and at the same time, in our uniqueness we are all connected, so this is where we can help each other out.

I remember, when I was a child, I loved creating, I loved expressing myself in a dramatic way, making others laugh, I loved being me and I wanted to be on a stage, and I imagined people applauding me.  I loved creating beauty and wanted to be praised as if I was the best thing that ever happened to this world.  This was when I was little and I didn’t know the boundaries that adults usually create, telling us that “we can’t always do what we like, and that life is hard”.   Little by little, adults have dampened my brilliant light and I withdrawn during my teenage years.  There were only glimpses of who I truly was coming through at certain times.  Majority of the time I felt like I was suppressing who I was because I felt I was too much for other people and I thought I had to conform to what others expected of me.

During the time when my light was dimmed (by my own beliefs too),I had no confidence, I viewed myself as unworthy of good life, as if being myself was a wrong thing, and I kept looking for an inspiration on who should I become.  Over the years I met many people with a similar experience.  Feeling unworthy, however, attracted some wrong partners into my life, those who themselves felt unworthy and so I created some unwanted experiences.  When it comes to my personal style, I was going from one thing to another, I kept changing my hair colour regularly (looking for that one perfect shade) I kept changing my style and accessories, trying to find who I should be, completely ignoring who I truly was.  This was not only confusing for me, but it was also confusing for the people who knew me.

But I have no regrets, these experiences made me to seek spiritual guidance which was mainly in the realms of ancestry, meditation, tarot, and astrology.  Astrology is a subject I have been loving and studying the longest and it has always been a hobby of mine that had given me a great insight into who I am, where I come from and where I am supposed to go. Meditation is another activity that completely and utterly changed my life for the better, with meditation I was able to find peace within myself and be who I am – unapologetically.

There were other, very important, life changing moments that made me appreciate who I was and that unleashed the child that was asleep within me.  To name a few, I moved away from a negative environment, I left an abusive ex-husband, I changed my name and I had a serious accident, which made me realise that the simple things in life, such as an ability to eat, drink, sleep, have a roof over your head and be healthy, are really the most important things in life.

Then I rediscovered my creativity in the form of sewing and designing my clothes, I suddenly became myself and everything started to fall into place for me.  I no longer had the need to be someone else, I begun appreciating my own unique self and I fell in love with myself again.  I thought everything was great, I had a partner I was happy with, good job, good home, all went well.  And then I found out that I wouldn’t be able to have children, and everything turned upside down.  I lost my relationship and my womanhood (I thought at the time).  I knew that creation from my heart and self-expression were my life purpose which was the point I gave birth to my Personal Styling business.

This business is my child and I love it wholeheartedly, I also understand that life can put us through a lot of challenges, and we can sometimes find ourselves on the floor, crying, not knowing where to go and who we are.

My new programme “Your Transformative Path” was designed for those who want to be unapologetically themselves.  This programme includes 6 two-hour sessions with me, where we will cover everything that will guide you on your own style transformative journey.  We will begin with the Colour Analysis during our first session, then we will move onto Style Personality & Body Silhouette.  From there we will have a look what clothes you already own and how to style it in new ways or what are the tailoring options to avoid waste.  And finally, I will help you with some shopping to fill in any gaps in your wardrobe and to bring those special pieces that embody who you truly are.  I recommend spreading out these sessions over 6 months, so you have enough time to take in all the new information and it provides you with enough time to experiment with my new styling suggestions.  This is a transformative path, and I don’t want to rush it, because there will be a huge shift in the way you perceive yourself.  I am very excited to offer this new service.  This complete styling package is also going to be cheaper than taking up these services separately plus you get to spend more time with me too (12 hours in total) – it’s a win-win situation.

If you are looking for a complete style change and becoming more authentic in your self-expression, this may be the right programme to choose.

I am fully qualified on paper and in life experience to confidently guide you on your own transformative path and I would be honoured to do so.
